Shipping

When will my order ship?

We are usually able to process orders for shipment in 1-2 days. During busier sales or seasons, we ask that you allow for 3-4 days of processing. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date.

How much is Shipping?

Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $6.00. We offer free shipping on orders that are over $150 before tax within the continental United States.

How do I receive an order confirmation or a tracking number?

After you place your order, you should receive an email with your order number. You will also receive an email with tracking once we have shipped your items out. CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL! If you don’t receive an order confirmation or tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase please contact us and we would be happy to help. Once an order is placed, changes and cancellations cannot be made.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Return policy

Need To Make A Return?

Hopefully, you love everything you have purchased, however, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Return Eligibility Requirements:

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.

  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. 

  • Final Sale items will NOT be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

    • Any Items on SALE 

    • Intimates (i.e. Self Adhesive Bras), Face Masks, and Jewelry

    • Hats and Beanies

    • Gift cards

How To Make A Return

  • MAKE A RETURN REQUEST

    • This is a very important step, so we know to be expecting your return.  Email us at kaitlyn@sabellaboutique.com OR shop@sabellaboutique.com to begin our return process. 

  • Exchanges for the same item, but different size 
    • Sabella Boutique offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 15 days from the date your order shipped. However, exchanges are not always guaranteed due to limited stock. If we have the size you want to exchange for, then we ship it out to you the same day that we receive your previous size in the mail!

  • Returns for store credit- As soon as we receive your items in the mail we will email you a gift card with the return cost on it to use any time! This gift card will never expire and can be used whenever you want to spend it!

  • Must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

    • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!

  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $3 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the item or items).

  • If An Ineligible Item(S) Is Returned To Us:

    • Final sale items/returns postmarked after 30 days from the delivery date are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc). This restocking fee is equal to 10% of the original purchase price or $3/item whichever is greater.

    • Returns that are postmarked after 30 days of the delivery date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
